Our Natural Marlborough Solar Sea Salt is smoked by hand over Manuka, and then tumble roasted with garlic, shallots, coriander, a dash of soy sauce and the mighty chilli! The result is one of the finest seasonings in the world.

Lemon Smoked Solar Sea Salt.

Our second addition is our fresh and zesty lemon seasoning. Just like our Original Seasoning, it is made from Marlborough solar dried sea salt and is lightly smoked with lemon, fennel, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, shallots, a dash of soy sauce . The lighter flavour is ideal for white meats and seafood.
